All prices in Euro. The above-mentioned rates are per apartment and night incl. all taxes. For an additional charge of € 9,- the apartment will be cleaned daily. A one-off end of stay cleaning fee of € 40,- will be charged. In the event of a heavily soiled kitchen a further cleaning charge of € 25.- will be charged. Cots are provided free of charge. Bathrobe hire: € 3,- (per stay).

We offer guests a fresh bread roll service on request. Pets are not allowed. Subject to change. Errors and ommissions excepted.
Arrival and departure
On day of arrival rooms and apartments are available from approx. 3.00 pm.
On day of departure rooms and apartments should be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest.

A deposit of € 200,- is required per room/apartment reservation

In the event of booking within 14 prior to arrival, a credit card number is required.
Cancellation
No charge will be made for cancellation more than a month prior to arrival
- up to a month prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 40 % of total cost of stay will be charged;
- up to a week prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 90 % of total cost of stay will be charged;
- within a week prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100 % of total cost of stay will be charged
- in the event of early departure the total cost of stay will be charged
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc ...). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
